Terms of Service
By using AI SDR, you agree to these terms. They define our relationship and the rules that govern the use of our autonomous sales platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AI SDR platform ("Service"), accessible from ai-sdr.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
Binding Agreement
Legal contract between you and AI SDR Inc.
Violation Risk: Breach of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
2. Account Terms
- You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
- You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
3. API Usage
Customers may access their data via the Application Program Interface (API). Any use of the API, including use of the API through a third-party product that accesses AI SDR, is bound by these Terms of Service plus the following specific terms:
- Excessive abuse or unreasonably heavy usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
- AI SDR reserves the right to determine abuse or excessive usage.
4. Payment & Refunds
The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable, except as required by law.
- There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
- All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law
- To transmit any advertising or promotional material (spam)
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate AI SDR or others
- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
